1. حدد حساب البائع والفترة / Identify the seller account and period
اختر حساب بائع واحدًا في سوق نون السعودي وفترة مكتملة للمراجعة. دوّن مرجع حساب البائع والعملة وتاريخَي البداية والنهاية؛ لا تدمج حسابات أو أسواقًا مختلفة.
Choose one seller account on Noon's Saudi marketplace and one closed period for review. Note the seller account reference, currency, start date and end date; keep different accounts and marketplaces separate.

2. نزّل تفاصيل كشف نون / Download the Noon statement detail
من حسابك المصرّح في Seller Lab، افتح Payments and Fees ثم Statements، واختر الفترة ونزّل تقرير تفاصيل الكشف. يشمل التقرير رسومًا ودفعات على مستوى القطعة والشحنة؛ تقارير شركات نون الأخرى ليست ضمن هذا التقرير.
In your authorized Seller Lab account, open Payments and Fees, then Statements. Select the date range and download the Statement Detail Report. It includes item- and shipment-level fees and payments; other Noon subsidiaries are outside this report's scope.

3. احتفظ بالملفات الأصلية / Keep the original reports
جهّز كشوف الفترة المتفق عليها مع مسؤول المتجر، مع تفاصيل الرسوم والاستردادات والتعديلات. احتفظ بكل صفحات أو ملفات الكشف دون تعديل أو دمج حسابات مختلفة.
Prepare reports for the period agreed with the store owner, including fees, refunds and adjustments. Keep every original page or file; do not edit them or combine different accounts.

4. اطلب مراجعة مسار الاستلام / Arrange the review
تواصل مع تسليم لتأكيد نطاق المراجعة ورابط الاستلام الآمن المناسب قبل إرسال الملفات. هذه الخطوات لا تفعّل الربط أو التدقيق الآلي؛ قد يكون تنسيق الكشف غير مدعوم.
Ask Tasleem to confirm the review scope and appropriate secure intake link before sending files. These steps do not enable a connection or automated audit; the report format may be unsupported.

جهّز هذه المستندات للمراجعة / Have these ready for review

كشوف الفترة الأصلية كاملة / Every original statement for the period
احتفظ بمرجع حساب البائع وأرقام الكشوف ومراجع الطلبات والقطع والشحنات والرسوم والتعديلات. أضف تقارير الطلبات والمرتجعات ذات الصلة؛ لا تستبدل الملف الأصلي بلقطة شاشة أو ملخص.
Keep the seller account reference, statement numbers, order, item and shipment references, fees and adjustments. Include related order and return reports; screenshots or summaries do not replace the originals.

العقد والرسوم السارية / Applicable contract and rates
جهّز الاتفاقية وجدول الرسوم والتعديلات السارية خلال الفترة، مع تواريخ سريانها. وجود خصم في الكشف لا يثبت أن الخصم خطأ.
Prepare the agreement, rate schedule and amendments that applied during the period, with their effective dates. A deduction appearing in a report does not establish that it is an error.

كشف الحساب البنكي المستلم / Receiving bank account export
جهّز كشف الحساب الذي استلم الدفعات، للفترة التي تشمل تواريخ التحويل المتفق على مراجعتها. تقرير المزود وحده لا يثبت وصول المال إلى البنك. إذا لم يتوفر الكشف، وضّح أنه ما زال مطلوبًا.
Prepare an export from the account receiving the payouts, covering the transfer dates agreed for review. The provider's report alone does not prove bank receipt. If the export is unavailable, identify it as still missing.

يجهّز التقارير مسؤول المتجر أو زميل مالية لديه صلاحية على حساب البائع. ربط طلبات نون لا يوفر كشوف التسوية أو دليل وصول الدفعات إلى البنك؛ تحتاج هذه الملفات إلى مراجعة منفصلة.
The store administrator or an authorized finance colleague prepares the reports. A Noon order connection does not provide settlement statements or bank receipt evidence; these files require separate review.

لا ترسل بيانات دخول Seller Lab أو مفاتيح API. جهّز الملفات الأصلية واطلب من تسليم تأكيد الحساب والفترة ومسار الاستلام الآمن قبل إرسالها.
Do not send Seller Lab login details or API keys. Prepare the original files and ask Tasleem to confirm the account, period and secure intake route before sending them.
