Why we need it

This file identifies the remittances, fees and adjustments recorded by the courier. Order and tracking data alone do not explain the net transfer.

Review and file handling

The file is sent to Tasleem for validation and processing within your store’s account. Authorized Tasleem operators review files that need review; receipt and evidence approval remain separate.

Receipts and source records remain available for review. Dismissing a file from the upload list does not delete it from Tasleem. Deletion requests and retention timing require a service-scope review; this page does not perform them.
