Moyasar

Prepare your Moyasar reports

Start with the right payout report, or pass these instructions to your finance colleague to prepare it with you.

Preparation for review

These steps do not enable a connection or automated audit. We review the payer and report format first.

Download instructions

Download instructions in Arabic and English to share with your colleague. The file contains general steps only and grants no account access.

Share the file only; keep your private workspace link to yourself.

Keep your account safe

No Moyasar secret key or bank password is needed to prepare reports. Do not include either with the files; these steps grant Tasleem no payment or refund authority.

Published transfer schedule

Moyasar publishes Monday and Thursday transfers for aggregation accounts; your agreement can differ. Facilitation accounts settle through the acquiring bank.

General reference reviewed on 20 September 2026. It does not establish your payout amount, a specific order's batch inclusion or bank arrival. We need the batch report and net amount, then bank receipt evidence; until then receipt remains unverified.

Next step · For Tasleem

Saved files are awaiting review. Do not upload them again; Tasleem checks their scope before requesting further evidence.

Moyasar review workspace

Choose the Moyasar account, receiving bank and period. Originals are saved with their role and scope; the team’s document checks appear here. A document check does not verify fees or bank receipt.

Four steps to prepare your reports

No API key or password needed
    1. 1

      Confirm who settles your payments

Moyasar settlement reports are for aggregation merchants. If an acquirer bank pays you directly under the facilitation model, obtain that bank's report instead. Ask Moyasar to confirm your account model if you are unsure.

    2. 2

      Obtain the correct settlement file

For an aggregation account, prepare the original Moyasar settlement CSV files and each payout's details for the agreed period. For a facilitation account, request the Point of Sale (POS) Report from your acquirer bank using your Merchant ID; the bank may also provide it in its business portal.

    3. 3

      Keep the original reports

Prepare reports for the period agreed with the store owner, including fees, refunds and adjustments. Keep every original page or file; do not edit them or combine different accounts.

    4. 4

      Arrange the review

Ask Tasleem to confirm the review scope and appropriate secure intake link before sending files. These steps do not enable a connection or automated audit; the report format may be unsupported.

Review requests are available from a real merchant workspace. This demo does not receive files.

    Have these ready for review

    • Payout details and every settlement line

Identify the merchant account, period and currency. Keep payout and payment references alongside fees, VAT, refunds and chargebacks. Retain other transaction types too, and keep the original file unchanged.

    • Applicable contract and rates

Prepare the agreement, rate schedule and amendments that applied during the period, with their effective dates. A deduction appearing in a report does not establish that it is an error.

    • Receiving bank account export

Prepare an export from the account receiving the payouts, covering the transfer dates agreed for review. The provider's report alone does not prove bank receipt. If the export is unavailable, identify it as still missing.

    Who prepares the reports?

An account administrator or authorized finance colleague prepares the files. The POS report and receiving bank statement are different documents; both are needed to review a direct bank settlement. A report does not establish an ongoing feed to Tasleem.
